Returns 

Damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving a shipment. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  If you notice any damages, please make note of them with the driver when signing for delivery.   Please report any and all damages to us immediately, and if possible to the delivery driver as well. You can refuse the parcel, and we will re send the order free of charge if you desire.  If you do not check the item upon delivery, Photos may be required.

Refunds

Once we receive your request for a return, a free returns label will be mailed out to you, please keep the original box, we will inspect it and notify you once we have received your return, and promptly refund your money.
